Return and Cancellation Policy:

Custom and Artistic Products:

Each custom and artistic product is created by our expert artisans and manufacturers one at a time, so each piece is unique. Due to the custom nature of these products, buyer's remorse regarding the exact artistic creation will not be covered under our warranty.

All products from Modofire, unless otherwise specified, come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, and structural components, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Warranty Duration:

The warranty coverage commences from the date of purchase and extends for a period of 1 year. This ensures a hassle-free experience for our customers, demonstrating the durability and reliability of our products.

Additionally, some of our manufacturers offer more extensive warranties ranging from 5, 10, and even lifetime coverage. These warranties require direct registration with the manufacturer. Finish Warranty:
