Return & Cancellation Policy
At Modofire, nearly all of our products are custom made-to-order, crafted specifically for you. As such, we maintain a return and cancellation policy that reflects the care and commitment involved in each order.
Order Cancellations

Within 72 Hours: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund.

After 72 Hours (Pre-Shipping): A 3% processing fee applies to cover administrative and payment gateway costs.

After Production or Shipment Begins: Cancellations are no longer possible for custom or made-to-order items.
Returns
Most Modofire products are not eligible for return due to their custom, made-to-order nature.
Non-returnable items include:

Fire pits, fire tables, fire bowls, planters, water features, and sculptures made of aluminum or concrete/GFRC

Any product marked "made-to-order", custom, or one-of-a-kind

Used, sale, or unpackaged items
Eligible standard (non-custom) items must:

Be unused and in original packaging

Be returned within 30 days with an authorized Return Authorization Number (RAN)

A 12% restocking fee applies

Buyer is responsible for return shipping
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected.
Custom & Artistic Products
Due to the artisan nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are expected and embraced. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare events—such as significant supply chain issues, production delays, or natural disasters—Modofire may cancel an order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
