Streamlined Shipping Process
Efficient Shipping:
• Most products are Made-to-Order and ship directly from the manufacturer, taking 3-5 weeks. Some items are in stock and can be delivered sooner. Check product pages for specifics.
Standard Ground Shipping:
• Items under 150 pounds ship quickly via FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.
• Report any damage with photos for resolution.
Standard Freight Shipping:
• Items over 150 pounds are delivered curb-side with lift gate assistance.
• A shipping partner will schedule the delivery. Inspect items upon receipt and note any damage on the delivery receipt to avoid liability issues.
Flexible Shipping Options:
• Orders under $150: $9.95 flat rate shipping within the contiguous 48 states.
• Orders over $150: Free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states.
• Expedited shipping options available; contact Sales Representatives for details.
International Shipping:
• Free shipping does not apply internationally. Contact Sales Representatives for shipping costs to specific destinations.
• International returns handled on a case-by-case basis.
Return Policy Summary: (full policy here)
• Returns accepted within 30 days for new, unused items in original packaging. Refunds exclude original and return shipping costs, unless the error is on our part.
• A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Only standard stocked items are returnable. Made-to-Order (custom-finished) products are non-returnable. Most products are custom and this will be denoted on the product page.
• For defective or damaged products, we will explore repair options first. If repair is not feasible, we will arrange for a replacement. Provide photos of securely packaged items for freight returns.
Important Considerations:
• Large products (250-1500 lbs) may require crating, a tailgate lift, or a forklift.
• Shipping costs can be high; plan accordingly.
• Delivery is curbside only. Customers are responsible for moving the product to its final location.
• Measure spaces and consider obstacles before purchasing.
• Ensure delivery locations are accessible by large trucks.
• Hire experienced movers for heavy items.
