Efficient Shipping

Made-to-Order Products
Most Modofire products are made-to-order and typically ship directly from the manufacturer within 6–8 weeks. Some items may ship sooner if production is completed ahead of schedule. Lead times are listed on individual product pages.

Stocked Items
Select products are in stock and eligible for faster fulfillment. These are marked on the product page.


Shipping by Order Value & Weight

Orders under $150:

  • Free within the contiguous 48 states

  • Most small items under 150 lbs ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS

Orders over $150:

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order total, size, and destination.

  • Products over 150 lbs typically ship freight curbside and often with liftgate service.

  • Our shipping partner will contact you to schedule a delivery time.

Note: As order value increases, products tend to be larger or heavier, and shipping costs will reflect the additional handling and freight requirements.


Freight & Delivery Details

  • Freight shipments include curbside delivery with liftgate unless otherwise noted.

  • Inspect items at delivery. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and report it to us within 48 hours.

  • Large/heavy items (250–1500 lbs) may require crating, forklift access, or additional labor for unloading.

  • Customers are responsible for moving items from curb to their final location.

International Shipping

  • Not eligible for free shipping. Contact us for destination-specific rates.

  • International returns are handled case by case.


Return Policy Summary

  • Returns of standard products are accepted within 30 days for non-custom, unused items in original packaging.

  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns of non-custom items.

  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable, clearly marked on product pages.

  • In case of defects or damage, we’ll attempt repair or offer a replacement. Photos must be provided for freight return authorizations.


Important Delivery Considerations

  • Measure your space to ensure the product fits through entryways and into final placement.

  • Ensure truck access to your property. Large items may arrive on 26’+ trucks.

  • Hire professionals for moving heavy items from curb to location, especially if over 300 lbs.
