Standard Coverage: All products from Modofire, unless otherwise specified, come with a 3-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials, workmanship, and structural components, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Warranty Duration: The warranty coverage commences from the date of purchase and extends for a period of 3 years. This extended warranty period exemplifies the durability and reliability of our products, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our customers over the years.

What's Included:

  • Defects in materials
  • Defects in workmanship
  • Defective mechanisms
  • Structural component failures

What's Not Included:

  • Incorrect installation by the retailer or customer
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or alterations by anyone other than Modofire
  • Products without original packaging (or photos)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Usage of components from other manufacturers
  • Any damage caused by shipping, fading, staining, natural weathering, or repairs

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim:

  • Contact our customer support team to report the issue and for initial evaluation.
  • Provide proof of purchase (invoice or sales receipt).
  • Follow the instructions provided for returning the defective product, if necessary.
