- After 24 hours, if your order has not yet shipped, a 12% administration fee will be applied to the cancellation.
- Custom-made or made-to-order products that have gone into production, as well as orders that have already shipped, cannot be cancelled.

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible non-custom products. To qualify for a return, the product must be clean, unused, and in its original packaging. Please initiate your return by contacting us within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
- One-of-a-kind products, products on sale, used products, or products missing their original packaging are not eligible for return.

- A 12% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
