Modofire 1-Year Limited Warranty (minimum)

Standard Coverage:

All products from Modofire, unless otherwise specified, come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, and structural components, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Warranty Duration:

The warranty coverage commences from the date of purchase and extends for a period of 1 year. This ensures a hassle-free experience for our customers, demonstrating the durability and reliability of our products.

Additionally, some of our manufacturers offer more extensive warranties ranging from 5, 10, and even lifetime coverage. These warranties require direct registration with the manufacturer. We are happy to assist in facilitating the transfer of warranty registration forms to ensure our customers can take full advantage of these extended coverage options. Please contact our customer service team for more details on how to proceed with extended warranty registration.

• Products without original packaging (or photos)

• Any damage caused by shipping, fading, staining, natural weathering, or repairs

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim:

1. Contact our customer support team to report the issue and for initial evaluation.

2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or sales receipt).

3. Follow the instructions provided for returning the defective product, if necessary.

Additional Component Warranty:

Modofire extends a separate warranty on specific component parts under normal use and proper maintenance. Details regarding the duration and coverage of this warranty are provided in the product documentation and/or on our website.

Fire Table and Other Base Enclosure Warranty:

Specific products like fire tables and base enclosures come with additional warranty terms addressing structural integrity when properly maintained during residential use. The specifics of these warranties are outlined in the product documentation.

Finish Warranty:

A separate warranty covers the finish of our products against blistering or peeling under normal use and proper maintenance. Modofire, at its option, will refinish or replace the product if such defects occur within the warranty period.

Warranty Limitations:

The warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. Shipping costs for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by Modofire.

Proof of Purchase:

Original proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Note:

Regular care and maintenance are essential for retaining the warranty, especially in environments with unique conditions such as coastal areas with high salinity in the atmosphere.

Return and Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. If you decide to cancel your order on the same day or within 24 hours of placing it, you will not be charged any penalties. If your order has not yet shipped but it's been more than 24 hours, we will need to charge a 20% administration fee. Please note that orders that have already shipped or are custom-made and made-to-order products that have gone into production cannot be cancelled.

Returns Policy:

At Modofire, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your non-custom or made-to-order product, we offer a refund with the following exceptions:

• Custom-made and one-of-a-kind artistic products
• Made-to-order products
• Products without their original packaging
• Used products
• Products on sale

Please make sure to inspect your purchase upon delivery and report any issues to us within 7 days. To qualify for a return, please make sure that the product is clean, unused, and in its original packaging. To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN), please email us at [email address] with your order number and the reason for your return. Please note that the following conditions apply:

• A 30% restocking fee will be charged
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing the order

Custom and Artistic Products:

Each custom and artistic product is created by our expert artisans and manufacturers one at a time, so each piece is unique. Please note that there may be slight variations in color, texture, or shape that may differ from the images seen online. Due to the custom nature of these products, buyer's remorse regarding the exact artistic creation will not be covered under our warranty.

Exceptional Circumstances:

While we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service, there may be unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel an order at any time and issue a full refund to the original credit card used when placing the order. Examples of exceptional circumstances include but are not limited to: production delays, supplier shortages, or Acts of God that prevent us from fulfilling your order.
