Ignition details

Available systems depend on the selected burner and fuel. The product options identify the supplied system and any upgrades.

Push-button spark

WT PBIK3.0 is a battery-powered push-button spark ignition. Open the side key valve and use the button to light the burner. Adjust the flame with the key valve. No site electrical service is required. This system does not automatically shut off the gas if the flame goes out.

Mercury

Battery-powered push-button spark ignition with a standing pilot and safety shutoff. The system shuts off gas if the pilot flame is lost. No site electrical service is required. Available for compatible configurations up to 240,000 BTU.

Cobalt

A 12V electronic ignition with flame sensing and automatic relighting. The supplied transformer connects to a suitable 120V electrical supply. Use a compatible external switch or control. Available for compatible configurations up to 490,000 BTU.

Higher-capacity configurations

A Platinum 24V package may be specified where offered for a higher-capacity burner. Its transformer also requires a suitable 120V supply. Confirm the exact package before planning electrical work.

Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and rechargeable app-control packages are not part of the current standard offering. Follow the instructions supplied with the exact ignition system for installation and operation.
