Swift Standard Ground Shipping

• Damaged Orders: Take photos and contact us.

Efficient Standard Freight Shipping

• Over 150 lbs: Free curb-side delivery with lift gate.
• Contact Info: Provide a current phone number for delivery scheduling.
• Inspection: Check and sign for delivery. Note any damage.

Flexible Shipping Options

• Under $99: Flat $9.95 fee, 48 contiguous states.
• Over $99: Free standard shipping, 48 contiguous states. Some exceptions apply.

Return & Cancellation Policy

At Modofire, nearly all of our products are custom made-to-order, crafted specifically for you. As such, we maintain a return and cancellation policy that reflects the care and commitment involved in each order.

Order Cancellations

• Within 72 Hours: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund.

• After 72 Hours (Pre-Shipping): A 3% processing fee applies to cover administrative and payment gateway costs.

• After Production or Shipment Begins: Cancellations are no longer possible for custom or made-to-order items.

Returns

Most Modofire products are not eligible for return due to their custom, made-to-order nature.

Non-returnable items include:

• Fire pits, fire tables, fire bowls, planters, water features, and sculptures made of aluminum or concrete/GFRC

• Any product marked "made-to-order", custom, or one-of-a-kind

• Used, sale, or unpackaged items

Eligible standard (non-custom) items must:

• Be unused and in original packaging

• Be returned within 30 days with an authorized Return Authorization Number (RAN)

• A 12% restocking fee applies

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected.

Custom & Artistic Products

Due to the artisan nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are expected and embraced. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare events—such as significant supply chain issues, production delays, or natural disasters—Modofire may cancel an order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Modofire Product Warranty

At Modofire, we stand behind the craftsmanship and performance of our products. Our warranty structure is designed to provide clear coverage for both the vessel (enclosure) and the internal components of your fire feature.

1. Fire Vessel / Enclosure

• Coverage: 5-Year Limited Warranty

• Applies to the structural integrity of the vessel (the fire pit enclosure itself), including materials and construction.

• Covers aluminum and other metal enclosures manufactured by Modofire under normal outdoor use.

2. Internal Components

Modofire sources premium components from leading manufacturers. These components are covered under the following limited warranties:

Warranty Terms & Conditions

• Warranty begins on the original date of sale/shipment.

• Coverage includes parts and factory repair labor only.

• Installation, removal, or field labor is not included.

• Components or vessels must be returned to Modofire (or manufacturer) with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• Warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Overheating, improper installation, or misuse

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Incorrect storage or exposure to extreme conditions

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Consequential or indirect damages

• Normal wear and tear

• Finish changes due to weathering or exposure
