If a gas line is already installed, the burner must not exceed the available BTU capacity. If a gas line has not yet been installed, the standard burner may be used or adjusted in coordination with a licensed gas professional.
Custom burner sizes or alternative lower output options, including stainless steel systems, are available when site conditions or design requirements require a different configuration.

Freight deliveries are curbside with liftgate service and require a scheduled delivery appointment. Placement, uncrating, and installation are not included.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for larger or custom orders. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate site access and must inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier paperwork before signing.
Most products are made to order. Lead times vary by product, finish, burner system, and production schedule and are provided as estimates only.
