A high-output jet burner designed for round and square fire features, producing a dense, evenly distributed flame across the entire opening. Using precision porting instead of traditional pipe layouts, this system generates a more active, layered flame with greater efficiency and stronger overall presence.
Fabricated from solid brass, this burner offers excellent thermal mass and heat retention, supporting stable ignition and consistent flame performance. Over time, the brass develops a natural patina, adding depth and warmth to the finished piece. The integrated WATERSTOP® feature helps protect against water intrusion, making it well suited for exposed outdoor environments.
Compared to stainless steel burners, this design produces a more concentrated and visually dynamic flame with higher efficiency per size. Stainless steel remains advantageous in highly corrosive environments such as coastal or chlorinated settings, where maintaining a consistent appearance is important, but typically delivers a more uniform and less dense flame pattern.
When compared to Pro Series brass burners, this system represents a more advanced flame generation approach. Shipping & Lead Time
Lead Time: Most products are made to order. Lead times vary by product, finish, and burner system and are provided as estimates only. Transit time begins once the order ships.
Shipping Method: Products ship from Modofire or our domestic fabrication partners. Shipping method and cost are based on product size, weight, destination, and delivery requirements.
Delivery Type: Smaller items ship via standard ground carriers. Larger fire pits, fire tables, and custom fabrications ship crated by freight with scheduled curbside liftgate delivery. Placement, uncrating, assembly, and installation are not included.
Inspection: Customers are responsible for ensuring site access and inspecting deliveries upon arrival. Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
Installation Timing: Installation should be scheduled only after shipment confirmation is received.
Important: Modofire is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, permitting, site conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Warranty & Coverage
Warranty coverage is divided between the fire vessel and the burner and control components.
Fire Vessel and Enclosure
5 year limited warranty covering structural defects in materials and workmanship under normal outdoor use. Surface finishes, patina, and cosmetic changes are not considered structural and are excluded.
Burners and Components
Burners in stainless steel or brass carry a lifetime warranty. Electronics and gas valves are covered for 3 years residential and 1 year commercial. Pilot assemblies are covered for 2 years residential and 1 year commercial. Stainless steel burner pans and valve boxes are covered for 5 years residential and 1 year commercial.
Terms and Exclusions
Warranty begins at shipment and covers replacement parts and factory repair labor only. Installation, removal, freight, and on site labor are excluded. Normal wear, finish variation, heat discoloration, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, and indirect damages are not covered.
Returns and Cancellations
Most Modofire products are custom made to order and fabricated specifically for each project.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled within 72 hours receive a full refund. Cancellations after 72 hours and before production are subject to a 3 percent fee. Once production or shipping begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Custom and made to order products are not eligible for return. This includes fire pits, fire tables, bowls, planters, sculptures, and all fabricated aluminum, steel, or concrete products.
Standard Items
Eligible standard items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. A 12 percent restocking fee applies and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are issued after inspection.
Finish Variations
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are inherent to the fabrication process and are not considered defects.
Exceptions
If Modofire is unable to fulfill an order due to production or material constraints, a full refund will be issued.
